Order Process
01 When will my order be shipped?

06 What should I do if the product is damaged?
If you have crushed, tear or damaged in your package, it is recommended to keep the product from the cargo officer before delivery. After receiving the delivery, liability may belong to the buyer.
Return, Change and Cancel
07 I want to return the product. How does the process work?
After reaching you, you can use the right of withdrawal within 14 days. For return, the product has not been used, the packaging has not been deteriorated, the bill and all accessories.
08 When to make a refund?
After the return product arrives in our warehouse, the necessary controls are made and the refund process is started if it is appropriate to return conditions. Depending on your payment method, the reflection of the return to your account or card may take 7–14 business days.

09 How do I return my shopping with credit card?
